This is like a secret family recipe. I didn't want to deal with the GLW comb and that's why I didn't use them.

Will keep everyone posted as to how the next breeding goes. These girls are not laying yet. The first one is 5 1/2 months and the other one just 3 months, and I have one more that is 6 weeks not sure how the lacing will be on it yet. The girls are the best from several chicks so there is a lot of work to do. As I said in previous post, the males have no lacing from this breeding which is not surprising. I just wanted to show everyone how pretty the girls are.

Katy your are first on my list if all goes well. My guess is these will not be available for a couple of years if all goes well.

Very pretty and good luck. If I was going to try for this I don't know if I would cross to GLW and deal with the comb or GLC and deal with the feathered feet...lol If you could hunt down a SC GLW though that might help? Anyway, I am looking forward to the updates.

Id probably be trying with a Barnevelder. But what a project what ever you are using. I wish you much luck and hope sooner rather than later you get some GL orps.
