Definitely a cockerel at that age, with that much comb and wattle development. Looks pretty big so leaning towards a red broiler type.

OK .. here are 3 of them ... One i KNow is a roo...these 3 not so sure... red broiler looked it up and I think so

I would have thought New Hampshire red cuz of the black specks on the hackles
