Mosaic chickens

Are my pullet mosaic or not? I have been breeding ayam cemani for 15 years. Last year I got a fully white rooster and this year I got this little pullet.

In conclusion, I do not inbreed my ayam cemanis. Every 4 years I have to replace a new rooster.
The all white rooster might have been from recessive white. The pullet looks like she has a pea comb, and ayam cemanis have single combs, so she must be a mix of some sort.

Here's the parents of my mosaic pullet. Father has some fault in him due to his face. The mother came out fully black everything.

Where do the pea comb came from? Making me wondering why. I have 2 that are 5 weeks old have single comb.

The pullet is a mix, since one of the parents would have to have a pea comb to produce offspring with a pea comb.

Maybe the hen or the rooster. If the rooster has a pea comb, most of the chicks will be 25% pea and 75% single. If the hen has a pea comb then mostly all the chicks will have a pea comb.
What?
Are you trying to say a pea comb rooster bred to a single comb hen will produce 25% pea comb chicks and 75% singles comb chicks.
And a single comb rooster bred to a pea comb hen will produce almost all pea comb chicks?

Pea combs aren't sex-linked. If a chicken has a single copy of the pea comb gene and is bred to a single combed chicken, half of the chicks will have a pea comb. If a chicken has two copies of the gene, if crossed to a single combed chicken all the chicks would have a pea comb.

I have experience of trying to breed single comb rooster to pea comb hen. The chicks came out pea comb. A pea comb rooster to a single comb hen. The chicks came half and half. During the breeding it was a thai gamefowl x orpington and rhode island and the other way around. Now I just focus on my ayam cemanis of 15 years.

What @RoostersAreAwesome said is correct.
Your pea comb rooster wasn't pure for the pea comb. He had to be carrying a gene for single comb. It just wasn't being expressed since pea is dominate over single.

Cool about your breeding ACs. I wasn't even aware they've been in the states that long.
