Mosaic - Slow/fast feathering sexing?

Hi! This is my first time with mosaic chicks, they're almost 3 weeks old. Two already has shoulder and tail feathers, one is still mostly fluffy down except the wings. I wondered if it means the fluffy one is a cockerel or if it's not a reliable way for sexing?

Mosaic peeps....this chick is 11 days old, not sure if 100% Mosaic but from your personal experience, would you say this looks to be a male or female at this age?

Any update on what these turned out to be?

I hatched 6 chicks 3 weeks ago, 3 of different breeds and 3 mosaics. All 3 of the others have tail feathers and none of the mosaics have tail feathers. At least one of the others is male (bielefelder).

Are mosaics just slow to feather?

I suspect these weren’t perfectly bred as one doesn’t have a blue beak but I know they are a project and not so much a true breed…
