Most colorful egg basket contest !

Here's my entry, it's from a little while back. My girls stopped layeing a week ago, except my BO, she is still giving me an extra large every day and tells the world about it! They have lights, good food and plenty of water, I know, I cart it to them 2x a day.

this is from Tuesday this week, I have 13 hens of laying age and gathered 13 eggs, First time. very exciting. First Green egg too.
I have RIR and EE, Naked Neck Turkins.
Have timer set for 2 hours of extra daylight in the morning.

Ok, I can tell you the breeds, in relative clockwise order from top little white egg. Japanese, Buff Orp, Auracana, Golden Campine, Mystery Layer of double yolker eggs every day. E Egger, Cochins, Crevacoer, and a RIR.

I wish my camera took a better photo, the 3 green eggs are a pretty shade. I wish I had a blue layer tho!

Not 'quite' in a basket ... (maybe an invisible one?) ... all these eggs came from my miscellaneous barnyard flock of EE's, blk stars, RIRs, banties, & cochins.
