She's charging $60 per DOZEN barnies, not per 6.

Julie's got nice birds. In fact, I just bought some Marans eggs from her this evening. I dunno if her barnies are worth $60 per dozen or not....I haven't seen her barnie eggs....but she has a good reputation over all.

Cuckoos can be had very reasonably and lay very nice, large, dark eggs.

The right cuckoo maran can lay eggs nearly as dark as black coppers..Im on the waiting list for some cottage hill farms cuckoo eggs. They are as dark as many black coppers you see..

I'll be getting 12 White Dorkings for $60 from a local farmer. I think those are fairly rare.
