It may be nothing more than that she snarfs up too much food at a time and gets it up her nasal passages, causing sneezing. I have a couple hens that do that.
Or it could be a crop disorder developing. For that, you need to check her crop first thing in the morning before she eats to be sure it's emptying overnight as it should.
