mottled bantam cochin

I have a mottled cochin bantam that has turned all black. It is about 9 weeks old. my question is, will it get it's white spots back when it gets older?

i was told yes also, they change a lot as they grow. Someone also told me that the older they get the more white spots they get on them. I do not know if this is true as i am just starting out with the mottleds, but that is what i was told. Hope this helps you.
