Wow what a beauty
I get more chicks tomorrow. It feels like the first time LOL the chick nursery is ready. I ordered cochins, buff orphs, few Leghorns, and i can't remember. LOL

Egad! So lucky!!! I almost got some blues from a friend here that had gotten a pair and then needed to sell them. I wanted them but did not have any money as I am already chicken poor! Anything from Jamie Matts is quality!

Now that is the blue I like in a chicken. The dark ones are beauties but I love the lighter ones.

Has anybody checked out Jamie Matt's new site? I wanted to get some Columbians to but he didn't hatch enough to sell this year.

I like this blue, too. I have a dark blue Mottled and though her type is better, her coloring is not exactly what I like.
