DEFINITELY a Roo!!!!!! He started trying to crow this morning, I thought one of my hens was getting killed....sounds awful but it's so funny to hear.

Why is everyone calling it a polish? :/ It's a Mottled Houdan. Looks very much like my boy!

Houdans are larger - have 5 toes, their legs are pinkish/pale colour and they lay better from what I understand. They are more dual purpose than polish
