I know this is in the wrong forum, but I will answer your question.
You have 2 male Mottled Javas, and 1 female Mottled Java.
The Crevecoeur cross is a male.
The black one without a beard and with wattles is a male.

Beautiful breed of bird! I've heard they are endangered? Here is an old thread on Java's but posted on recently, even yesterday. https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/mottled-java.54667/ You might want to liven up tbe thread with pics of your birds!

Thank you! Yes, they are a critically endangered heirloom breed, and the 2nd oldest breed in the US, after the Dominiques. More people are beginning to raise them, so hopefully they will move off the endangered list in coming years.

I got my eggs from a local historic farm that has only heirloom animals. They allow visitors to take the eggs for food or for hatching if the farm doesn't need them for cooking.

Thank you for the feedback! The black one that has no wattles yet, is definitely a male as he is the one who keeps everyone in line and has crowed since he was 6 weeks old. Everyone else is quiet and laid-back. So now to find the boys homes...
