Is this boy mottled? I thought that he was but I don’t know... if so, does white start to show up later on? Vinny as a baby and him now at 10 weeks old...

Blue or black not mottled. Some pics he looks blue some he looks black.

He does have some white on the feathers on his feet
I hope he’s not just black
.. I was hoping for some color/spice

I just went out and I saw him from the back... all of his wing tips are white.. I will try to get a pic..
