I put my eye to close to the scope on my brother in laws gun.... It cut the skin right over my right eye

They say I wasn't scared of the chickens but of the dogs for a very long time after. They think it was cause I couldn't see what was attacking me and all I could hear was the dog barking. The rooster got turned into pot pie or soup or something like that the next week
