There's a certain wheel you have to get that is AMAZING!!! Also I depends on the cage. I had one that was like this and the wheel as quiet

I wish I kept it.

Guinea pigs have a different built body structure. It's a lot more delicate. Wheels and balls can damage or break their backs.
