I accidentally trod on Lady Marigold's leg ring when I went to give them some mealwom.. :/

It has pulled off a few of her scales. Should I bathe it in anything? Or should I just leave it to heal on it's own?

I took her leg ring off for now... :/ I think I'll just leave it and if it seems to get worse/infected, I'll bathe it in salt water.
