Wow! We have poisonous plants here, but not snakes. The only snakes where I live are garter snakes and red belly snakes.

Lucky lucky! We have water moccasins, cotton mouths, rattle snakes and the list goes on and on. 

I know we have copperheads, black snakes, the thin cute little green snake, Japanese wasps, wolf spiders, black widows, coyotes, the list goes on.

We have rattle snakes here. I saw one 2 houses down a couple years back. I agree, we should kill them with fire. But then, they do us a favor, they eat the annoying butts that harm us and our birds, and our gardens. Spiders have lives too, as annoying as they may be. Some are going extinct. They have families too.
