Agreed. I'm taking Korean. 

I like french better than Latin

Korean sounds hard. Really hard. So does Mandarin Chinese, which I was considering doing but then the software was out of date.

French is SO much easier than Latin. I quit Latin this school year and switched to French. But it is also easier having done some Latin.

My friend is doing Russian XD

Russian sounds terribly hard as well.
