He will be 11 this December.

Yes, Standards are known to live long lifespans of 8-14 years. I'm hoping Simba has many more years ahead of him.

No, they live about 10-12 years, but Colby is really sickly

He's been going downhill a lot in the past year.

That's a relief, she's not bleeding as bad as I thought. Just leave her to rest, but keep an eye on her. In a few hours, try her with food and water. As long as she eats, drinks and rests, she should heal up. Fingers crossed for you. I'll be here if you need any more help.
