Well my dad got it at a farmers market from a farmer who has been growing and saving his own seed for over 50 years and wasn't GMO.

Yup, more nutritious than wheat.

My sister was telling me that she read that the fodder is actually more nutritious for fowl before if was fully green, more in the 2 or 3 day stage
