You guys should get an incubator and get crazy! I did and I've got a bunch of mutts! Oh sorry Blue you only have Australorps huh? If you just get two random bred birds like one Welsummer and a Serama and you breed them with your australorps and then with the parents again you'll have some interesting birds!
