they live in a run. I don't like putting rabbits in hutches.

If not you could try cardboard boxes, fresh vegetables, tunnels or you could find toys that they can gnaw.

i had a small dog agility tunnel in with them and they ate it...

Just don't give them boxes with shiny foil on them and they should be alright.
