just looked at incubators. i think i will let mama raise them and if it get cold i will move her inside or incubate. Ducklings will for sure have to come inside 'cause its getting cold and mama might come with them to help raise because i will be in school
the ducks are in a run. if it gets cold i will use an incubator. I would honestly like the mama to raise them but i am willing to raise them myself.Is the Mum duck in a shed or a coop?
If she is I would leave them unless it gets cold,
however if it does get cold and you move the Mum inside she will most likely smash the eggs....![]()
So you'd be better off getting a self rotating incubator.
Well, if you raise them yourself you also need a Brooder:
