Well, at first, it was so we could tell the difference between Lady Marigold and Ruby, (They were both Brown Leghorns), but then Ruby died. :/

So, I kept putting Leg Rings on all of our Chickens, (Except Lovey, because her legs are covered in feathers), so we could tell the difference between them. LOL! :lau

And now, I just like putting Leg Rings on them! :D
It shows that they are a big part of our Family!

(Although, I think you're supposed to write your Postcode on the Leg Rings, so if your Chicken gets lost they know who it belongs to.) :p
