MsPoultry, I looked at both again…funny that they are both in a grey environment.  My Dottie is close up on a ramp.

She's cute :)


To Dan yes I've heard that!

To mymilliefleur that sucks yeah my hens aren't real smart and won't even brood

Thanks that is very tempting but I shouldn't :) because I won't make them stop going broody
 
Yeah and it want some I have two Roos that are a part silkie and a hen but she hasn't gone broody she's mostly polish though
 
Yes, silkies are excellent mothers. so good in fact that breeders use them to incubate rare breed eggs since they do a better job then the incubators, even the expensive ones. I love to get some, some day.
