Grade B have minor blood or meat spots and have sustained shells. Grade AA eggs are the white eggs with "nothing" wrong with them. I'm thinking Grade B since these are more similar to backyard eggs.

After doing some more research it sounds like Grade B eggs are really hard to find. I think I'll need to use Grade A or AA
