Don't take your anger out on the dogs. They were just doing what comes naturally.

I just have higher expectations for my dogs i guess. I mean I've put HOURS of training into Cindy and I don't expect this kind of behavior from her. Chloe I never really trusted but how can I trust Cindy now? I want her to be a service dog but now I'm worried I can't leave her alone with smaller animals. I think I'm disappointed more then mad.
