Bad breeding makes chickens aggressive, an aggressive rooster will produce aggressive sons, thus if someone doesn't pay attention and breeds an aggressive rooster then that's what makes an aggressive breed.

Depends. Usually 4 weeks and up. Sometimes sooner sometimes later
