Poka Doodle
In the Brooder
I will post the instructions:
Needed
Chickens to do it with
Old towels
3 buckets
lots of water
Baby Shampoo
Apple Cider Vinegar
Humans to do it (I will post the instructions, and have the humans follow the instructions)
Instructions
Put baby shampoo in the first bucket and then fill the bucket with water
Put Apple Cider Vinegar in the next bucket and fill it with water
Fill the final bucket with water to use as a rinse bucket
Take the chicken and dunk in in the soapy water, don't get the head underwater, so don't quite dunk it
Then lift up the chickens wings and get the soapy water to touch them
Move the chicken to the ACV water and do a similar thing
Move them to the rinse and repeat the procedure again
Once you take the chicken out of the water rap them up in a towel like a burrito and dry them
:
These are basic instructions, it is kinda hard to explain. Here is the source that I have used in the past: http://www.poultryshowcentral.com/Show-Prep.html
