Texas gets pretty cold winters, right?

depends on where you are.

even down my way, we get some freezing temps, but that isn't the norm.

now Amarillo? heck, that is what blocks all them blue canadian northerns from hitting us so hard. It gets downright cold up on that high plateau.

Oh, okay. We have been having warm winters here in the Pacific Northwest--an occasional wind storm, very little snow.

it was unbelievable, truly the farther south you went the more snow there was, literally right on the coast.

we had an easy 11" at the house. Best Christmas morning ever!!

it was epic for sure, wish I had the pics from that morning.
