IS this the place for answers? my broody just hatched a chick. the rest are not yet. so do I take baby indoors? when does baby have to eat? the shell was very squashed and dry, so maybe a day old?
We decided to leave baby number one with mom until more babies show. then move them into an indoor chick box. add chicks as they hatch to keep mom on the eggs. Adding eggs as I remove chicks, that way I will get my dozen chicks hatched. How do I see other's chats?

The broody should take care of the chick on her own. But if she doesn't, bring the chick inside and feed it.
You'd probably have better luck in one of these two places
