Ok did that, No wounds, narrr last time we did that she told us to up her down.

Well then it's definitely inside her body somewhere. I think it sounds most likely that the cut is in her mouth. Could you get pictures? It sounds morbid, but it'd be better if I could see what you mean about the blood. If you can't get pictures, then your best bet is to put her somewhere dark and leave her be for a bit. Check on her every 10-15 minutes and maybe make a thread in the "Emergencies/Diseases/Injuries and Cures" section of BYC. (Pictures would be good there too.) Hopefully someone might be able to help more than me.
When Sarah's a bit calmer, offer her a drink of water by dipping some of her beak in a bit of water. Don't dip it too deep or she might breath it in and choke.
