Yeah. I know.
I hope we find her alive.
Last night was the first night, in ages, that I didn't dream of David.
Instead, I dreamt that all my chickens came back to life. It was really great to see them again. They were so detailed; they had their eyes, their personalities, their feathers, their bodies, everything. Every little detail was perfect. Even Marmalade's feathers. Lovey's face was just like when I saw her, a little bit puffy, but beautiful to me. Ruby and Pinkie too. There were two other chickens that looked like Marmalade and one that looked a bit like Lovey. It was so beautiful. Marigold and Egg were there too. They were all in my alleyway, together. Trying to steal the dog food, like before. In that moment, it all felt so real. So amazing to see them again. All their perfect details made them real to the very touch. But, in my dream, I couldn't figure out how they'd come back to life, because that doesn't happen. I wandered around, trying to figure out how. Then Chilli came back to life too and he was really friendly. I remember putting him in a really big aviary, near the side door of our house, with Pookie and another yellow cockatiel with red cheeks. Then I woke up.
It felt so good to see them again, even if it was just a dream. They felt real to me.
It's stupid to think, but maybe they're telling me that they're safe, wherever they are. :3
