Lol no. "Freaking out" for me can be good or bad with good usually being the case.

Freaking out for me is when the horses have pooped twice as much as usual, my puppy pied or threw up on my carpet, or when she spooks me. Usually when I am freaking out I jump, squeak or shiver!!

Or sometimes I freak when I get on a acting job (I do small shows for my school sometimes).
Or when my horse wins a barrel racing competition!

I forgot. I freak out when one of the chickens is sick, dead, hurt, weird, bites, runs around, or is perfectly fine

Like I said, it really depends. Sometimes it can be what it actually means and I'm really scared about something, whereas when I use it in a post, it normally means I'm really excited or nervous about something.

75% of the time, I mean it sarcastically.
