) I want to know what all of your favorite features of a book are? Are they character development? Plot and adventure? Sudden surprises or unexpected endings? So not necessarily a specific genre of writing, but rather what you look for in a book.

Ohhhh fun!! For me, I'd say plot/storyline. I honestly don't care how flat the character is as long as the storyline is great But interesting characters are certainly a bonus

It's mostly drama but also has a mix of adventure, romance and mystery.

I like TRAGEDY. Jk, anime reference.
I personally like adventure genres, with conflict along the way. Some character development here and there.
Sorry if I didn't help you out much, I haven't read a full book in years. I just thought off top of my head since I read this book series I loved and shared you my favorite aspects of it.

Complex and interesting characters, a detailed, well structured plot and a satisfying ending.
