I'm starting to fear Big Mama, she beat me up again. I'm starting to see a pattern, I go in to fill feed and water, she beats me up, I bend down to put said water and feed in a reachable place and she flies at my face,I stand on the outside of the coop, she hisses, I get too close on the outside of the coop and she flies at me. I really don't understand why she hates me so much, she was not like this last time.

She has seven.

Oooh. I drive through PA to go to my Aunt and Uncles in Rochester, NY. I honestly don't know any of the other words to that song than just ''No Sleep Till Brooklyn'' lol

I'm starting to fear Big Mama, she beat me up again. She's probably just being really overprotective...
Is there any way you could show her that you're not a threat? Maybe wearing a thick coat, enduring her attacks, then sitting with her for a bit? Might that work?
Try not to let her spook you; she's just a mumma trying to make sure her babies do well.

Wow.... In my many years of chicken keeping (okay its only 4 XD), I haven't ever had a mean broody. The meanestgirls we've had never went broody, thank goodness
At least you don't have to worry about a predator getting them.
