Mounting Rooster

I'm up to 4 roosters now & the 3 younger ones all take turns w/the same hen (it's a different hen each time---we have 12). Will this harm the hens? Some of the girls are looking a little bald but they're all laying just fine.

Keep the ratio about 10 to 1 and you shouldn't have a problem.
