Wait have you stopped turning the egg the past few days tho? That can kill it since it cannot adjust to the air pocket when it gets ready to hatch. Do you have pictures of your setup and humidity and temperature levels? No I hope that is OK. I get varying suggestions
Dove eggs are so small that might be a pip. Pictures? And make sure you don’t open the incubator at all!! That could shrink wrap him in the membrane and kill itThe egg feels heavier and there appears a tiny white squiggly line on the shell.
You can go on this website on your phone and take pictures from this and have them uploaded instantly! Just hit attach files next to post reply on your phoneI have some pictures. Ill try to down load onto my computer but I have been having trouble downloading any pictures.
I have been keeping temp between 98 and 100 F. I have a container of water for humidity.
Did you put a heat bulb in that or is it a normal lamp? I wouldn’t think that would be enough but wow! Did you stop turning the egg at all? And it’s hard to tell what will happen since you’re doing a dry incubation with an open top. Just wait it out and check for pips, hopefully it hatches! How I started with this egg on day one
Nice! And is that what looks like a white squiggly line? I don’t know what that is but just keep the egg in the incubator and wait for it to hatch hopefullyI made this incubator from cardboard box.
