Mouse or other rodent thread!

A couple different breeders at my club swap. That was 18 years ago, though. 😅
Wow, That's a long time! At least you remember where you got them from even if it probably won't help me much lol! A breeder that I know has some but she doesn't have established breeding colonies yet. Hopefully I'll be able to get some when she does have them available. I got angora mice from her a few weeks ago and they've just had their first litter! Fingers crossed that they'll all have long hair :fl

Pics later of these too!

One of my friends used to have spiny mice, pygmy mice, and zebra mice. They were awesome too.

Two better quality angora mice just across the Ohio river for 5 dollars.... I'll need to get these little girls! My angora mice that I have right now don't actually have super long hair. If you didn't look at them closely you'd think they were normal mice. From the pics of these angora mice though it's very odvious that they're angoras!

Unfortunately I'm not the angora mice. I asked the owner if they were willing to meet us somewhere (sometimes we do that for people who buy our mice) or if we could just pick them up (which is fine too.) The owner got angry and said "I'm not going to waste gas money on two little mice!" Of course I said "no you don't have to! I was just asking if you would because I do sometimes." I never got a response.

I love hamsters, I've had them since I think I was 3. I have such a soft spot for them. Currently I have two Syrians, one is a female who's two years old named Francis. She has cushings disease unfortunately. Then just the other day I took home another Syrian, he's only 4 weeks old and I named him Alan :)

Here's Francis
