Moved a brooding hen and her eggs

Hello all,
I have a brooding hen and we’ve given her 4 fertile eggs at the beginning of September. Last night we gave her, her very own brooding house to avoid the other hens in flock getting at the eggs or chicks if they had hatched. Now today first day in her own brooding house which is in with the flock but separated by a fence. She has been off the eggs all day. Advice please! I’m afraid her being off the eggs all day they may have lost their heat to survive and hatch.

I'd let her go back to her original nest site and give her the eggs. Hopefully they are still viable - keep the rest of the flock from accessing her nest. Most hens bond more to the nest site than to the eggs. Good luck.
