I moved my hen and her eggs today into the coop, problem is the eggs smelled really bad because they were sitting in one that must of broke and rotted, so we rinsed the eggs off before placing them in the coop now the hen is not sitting on them. Should I just give her time or what action do I need to take ? HELP ?

Ssometimes if you move a hen and her eggs, she will refuse to sit - not too much you can do about it i don't think.

Seperate cage with eggs.. if she takes to long and then decides to sit on them. Wait till she's setting good then change her eggs out for fresh eggs.. and wait 21 days.
