Moving and need to buy a coop

I am moving and need to buy/build a new coop.
The one my chickens are in now is not movable and will stay with the house we are moving from.

I currently have 9 chickens, but can foresee up to 20+
I like the Horizon Structures coops, but can't afford.

Anyone know of a inexpensive coop/shed in MN that would work well for chickens?

A shed would work. Can you find one used somehow or a display model?

I am looking for a shed. I found a couple in the area....while searching online.
One that I went to look at was $2500+ and I still would have to customize with nest boxes, etc.
I'm sure I can find some kind of shed for under $1500.
I am searching craigslist and things as well.
