Hello Everyone. I have 7 week old chicks that I've been raising indoors. They have done beautifully but I think that it's time for them to spend the night in the coop. Three of them still have some down on them and aren't completely feathered out. Since it's August and I live in the south can they be transitioned to the coop yet? The overnight temps are running between 68 and 75 degrees. In the mornings I take them out to the coop and they have the run of the place all day long. I would love some advice on this!

They're good to go. "Fully feathered" doesn't mean the chicks must be all feathers with no down. A healthy chick that has more than 50% feather is good enough to move out in moderate temperatures at 3-4 weeks.
