Moving chicks

My chicks are 4 weeks old. When do you let them go in with the big ones? This is our first hatch and our first integration. We free range during the day but shut them up at night. Right now they are in a hutch where the older ones can see them but can't get to them.

I don't integrate my young ones with the flock until they are around 3 months old. But they are exposed to the older ones, separated by fencing, when they leave the brooder at 6 weeks old.
