Hi Folks,
My 3 chickees are about 7 weeks now. They have been living in the basement in a big dog crate. We got a coop on Saturday but I think low 30's overnight is too cold to move them. The heat lamp is now off and the room is about 60 degrees. They go out on nice days to get air and sunshine. Warmer temps begin on Thursday - 40's overnight. Do I need any other source of heat/light at this point?
BTW, in addition to their chick starter feed, I mash up a little boiled potato, rice, beets, apple and bread. They absolutely love it!
