I am moving to ireland from england with my family and almost all my pets,
I am trying to take my ducks with me as I love them so much but information on moving them is very minimal

We would be taking a ferry

We have contacted multiple couriers but only a few have messed back, the most recent one said they don't like moving poultry as they have a tendency to die and I definitely don't won't that
I am in a limbo, it would kill me to leave them but I don't want my selfishness to kill them

my question are
Is their a way to take them myself?
Or can I take them to the ferry port and the courier take them on the ferry and we pick them up on the other side?
Is their a way to get them use too the box and the car? Would that even help?

any information is greatly appreciated

How many do you have? I would put them in a carrier and bring them with me.
8 to 10 ducks

Well the reading I have done seems to say I can't bring them myself (I might be wrong) you need special licencing to take them (I would much prefer to take them myself if I can)

And they need testing for bird flu and Newcastle disease and another few things, I have found a vet to do this
