Moving eggs

My muscovy has pooped so much in here nesting area. The eggs are due to hatch in about 5 days. Will it be ok to move her and the eggs into the chicken coop nesting boxes? Im afraid of the contamination to the baby ducks.

Clean the nest out and replace the eggs.
Moving them might break her broodiness.
