Moving INTO Ca?

Has anyone done this sucessfully with their peeps? I think my biggest concern is finding someone locally to do the testing/certification!

Would be grateful for hearing about your experiences moving into Ca with chickens.

Here is the info I have found thus far. Anything else I need to know?
