Moving Nest/ Eggs

My pekin duck has been sitting on her fertilized eggs for the past 16 days, her nest is in a dog crate/ pet carrier sort of thing. We are building an expansion to their coop and want to move her carrier/ crate. Will she abandon the eggs if we move it?
