if you look at this for a little bit it looks like it is moving

the first and sencond do not look like it is moving

First one kinda looks like it's moving, especially if you look in the center of the picture...it looks like they're moving when you don't look at the words. The second one definitely looks like it's moving. It looks like water with gently, small waves, like at the ocean.
