Coops are never ending improvement and development.
Had my shed built/converted 2 weeks ago. JUST finished full insulation (it's 17 outside tonight), added coop heater (large tin trash can with red lamp inside, lid covered), added awning, as rain was clear getting inside the door, and had to cover both shed roof and awning with a large tarp, was only way to prevent rain from seeping in.
Now will cover ceiling insulation with my all time favorite roofing felt (I simply do not like how insulation shows and they will not be able to pick on it, as they get all the way up onto the rafters perch) and need to re-arrange perches, spaced too far apart. They decided to climb up using perches support studs, what turned to be too slippery for them, so I had carpet strips stapled. Now they climb them up or down easy.
Coops. never ending story.
